Utility Pole Manufacturing
Prestressed Utility Pole Manufacturing
At our 5-acre manufacturing facility in Taungoo, we produce high-strength prestressed concrete utility poles using centrifugal spinning and pre-tensioning technology. Our manufacturing capabilities support power distribution, utility grid, and infrastructure projects across Myanmar.
Each pole undergoes dimensional, weight, and load testing as part of our quality control process before being cleared for delivery. Our poles are manufactured in accordance with ASTM C1089 specifications for spun-cast prestressed concrete poles, supporting consistent quality, structural performance, and reliability.

Production
From Raw Material To Finished Pole
Every pole moves through five controlled stages before it's ready for delivery.
01
Material Preparation
Raw materials are sourced and inspected for consistency and strength.
02
Reinforcement & Prestressing
Steel reinforcement is set and tensioned to give each pole its structural strength.
03
Concrete Casting
Concrete is cast into precision molds and spun to achieve uniform density.
04
Curing & Finishing
Controlled curing builds long-term durability, followed by surface finishing.
05
Inspection & Delivery
Every pole is inspected and tested before being prepared for delivery.

Engineered Strength. Tested for Reliability.
Every pole is rigorously tested to meet design standards and perform with confidence in real-world conditions.
Testing Covers
Dimensional Accuracy
Length, diameter, wall thickness, and markings verified against specified design tolerances.
Weight Verification
Actual weight checked against design specifications to help confirm concrete density and wall consistency.
Visual Inspection
Poles inspected for surface quality, cracking, and proper reinforcement positioning within the concrete cover.
Bending & Load Testing
Controlled horizontal loads applied incrementally, with deflection and crack development monitored throughout testing.
Understanding Load Performance
Each pole is evaluated against three key performance measures:
Design Load
The rated working load the pole is designed to carry under specified service conditions.
Crack Limit Load
The load at which cracking reaches the specified 0.25 mm crack-width threshold, indicating the pole's response under increasing stress.
Breaking Load
The ultimate load reached before structural failure, establishing the margin between rated capacity and maximum tested strength.
Uncompromising Quality Standards
ASTM Compliance
All steel products meet rigorous ASTM international standards, ensuring structural integrity for Yangon's major developments.
ISO 9001 Certified
Our manufacturing and distribution processes are ISO certified, guaranteeing consistent performance and reliability.
Factory Testing
Every batch of concrete poles undergoes in-house pressure and durability testing before dispatch.
Expert Supervision
Our engineers oversee every stage of production, from raw material inspection to final quality verification.
